Our Client: Well known, leading iGaming Operator are now looking to expand their Bingo CRM division.

The Role: Provide Customer Retention Management activities to a leading bingo network, ensuring new and fresh promotions/customer reactivation/VIP Management and working closely with the product. Responsible for the retention of existing bingo players and the reactivation of lapsed players, proposing, planning and executing a wide range of promotions. Preparing and sending of regular newsletters to entire database, and targeted marketing to specific groups of players within the database, Implementation and measurement/tracking of bingo CRM strategy – to ensure effective ROI in terms of old players regenerated and registrations converted to depositing Business integration of sponsorship activity.

 The Candidate: Flexibility to adapt –Detail conscious, with the ability to deliver excellent results against challenging time deadlines. Entrepreneurial attitude – creative & innovative, not constrained by negative thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal. The Role: Assist in the development of International CRM strategy, develop and implement bespoke CRM programmes Internationally, player support, (calls, emails), Welcome Communications, Newsletter/Monthly Update. Deputy General Manager

Our Client: Leading UK casino operator with Global reaching operations, now looking to increase their management base, to help support their increasing business needs.

The Role:  The role involves effectively supporting and deputising for the General Manager, by getting proactively involved in all areas within the club.  Support in this area will include ensuring that budgeted profit performance is achieved and exceeded and all gaming and food and beverage operations demonstrate the highest standards of efficiency, whilst complying with all relevant legislation, regulations, Gambling Commission (LCCP), and Company policies and procedures. The position will also involve assisting the General Manager review and identify commercial opportunities, as well as assisting and guiding casino management to increase profitability including local/community marketing opportunities.

The Candidate: The successful candidates would have good experience in gaming management, either in the UK or Europe. Must hold EU status and have full right to work without visa restrictions in the UK. Should have a Can do attitude and a desire to excel in all tasks, have strong leadership and motivational skills and be an effective communicator at all levels. The Role:  Supporting the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, with the responsibility for implementing the operational objectives of the business. Accountable for the communication and implementation of the overall strategic direction of the business by co-ordinating all gaming, marketing, entertainment, restaurant and bar offers and leading employees through the implementation. Responsible for maximizing drop per head, attendance levels and all aspects of people management, including leading, coaching and motivating all staff grade employees to achieve & exceed their potential ensuring a consistent approach is adopted in all situations.

 

The Candidate: The successful candidates will have good experience in the gaming industry, in management or in a supervisor role, either in the UK or Europe. Must hold EU status and have full right to work without visa restrictions in the UK. The Role: To continue the excellent revenue of the Slots department and help increase profitability, ensure the smooth running of the department, reporting to senior management. Manage the slot attendants and technicians to improve effectiveness, offer ideas and improvements on the department to senior level management. Install measures to increase security of the department and improve the customer service of all employees within the department, monthly result reporting and monitoring of productive and less productive machines to ensure maximum revenue generating.

The Candidate: Experience in Slot Management essential, must have good knowledge of multiple slot manufacturers and new products. The ideal candidate will have a “hands on” style of management and ideally have experience previously as a Slot Technician, should be able to speak fluent English and a minimum of French language required.

Senior Web Designer

Our Client: World leading iGaming Operator based in London with gaming platforms in Poker, Bingo, Casino and Slots.

The Role: To lead a web design team in the maintenance and development of online gaming products, assume design, animation and functional leadership role on projects predominately online. Manages and mentors assigned designers/developers, Designs a variety of interactive and offline pieces from concept to final execution, including: brand identity, websites, email and landing page campaigns, internet marketing campaigns, print collateral, advertising campaigns, etc.
Creates a range of concepts and designs for each project and partner with copywriters/CRM Managers to ensure the art direction and visual presentation supports the concept, collaborates effectively with other designers and product customer relations managers and Devising possible solutions to predict problems and evaluate other options.

The Candidate: Expert knowledge of the usual creative tools, especially Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and Rock-solid HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/CSS knowledge is mandatory. Solid Experience in Flash AS2/AS3 and PHP, Expert knowledge of current web design trends and techniques including CSS3 along with Impeccable, cutting-edge design skills.
