Our Client: Well known, leading iGaming Operator are now looking to expand their Bingo CRM division.

The Role: Provide Customer Retention Management activities to a leading bingo network, ensuring new and fresh promotions/customer reactivation/VIP Management and working closely with the product. Responsible for the retention of existing bingo players and the reactivation of lapsed players, proposing, planning and executing a wide range of promotions. Preparing and sending of regular newsletters to entire database, and targeted marketing to specific groups of players within the database, Implementation and measurement/tracking of bingo CRM strategy – to ensure effective ROI in terms of old players regenerated and registrations converted to depositing Business integration of sponsorship activity.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized, would be a self-starter and quick learner who will pick up new software easily. The Role: Helping to develop and integrate the new bespoke system, test the software and introduce new additions to it. Maximisation of sales by effective account management of all the existing affiliates, development of marketing campaigns and creative content to drive sales from existing affiliate sites. Working closely with the creative department to manage the production of content, negotiating deals with new partners to maximise exposure. Building good working relationships with all affiliate partners and developing sales opportunities with online partners beyond existing contractual agreements.

The Candidate: Ability to work as part of a team (but take individual
ownership and responsibility), demonstrate a calm manner and an  ability to handle difficult situations. Some experience in customer  focused environment, preferably a Contact Centre or similar background.

The Role: To lead a web design team in the maintenance and development of online gaming products, assume design, animation and functional leadership role on projects predominately online.
