Latest Jobs Head of VIP Our Client: One of the biggest casino operators within Macau and looking to expand their business outside to other territories. The Role: Managing team of customer relationship executives focusing on VIP customers including setting and analysing KPI. Work closely with Directors & Finance Director to deliver a strategy for Casino VIPs that fits within the overall Casino strategy. Identifying and maintaining new and existing high value players. Attend relevant events with VIPs, being the ambassador for the Casino business and build revenue generating relationships. The Candidate: Results driven and can demonstrate how you made a difference in growing a business previously, must have three years plus in relevant field of business along with a knowledge of the gaming sector. Surveillance Operator Our Client: Leading Macau Operator with expanding business both on the mainland and also in South East Asia The Role: To provide monitoring and analysis of all Non-gaming, Gaming and Cash handling areas and activity within the boundaries of Galaxy Macau , reporting on any illegal or suspicious activity. Observe and analyze non-gaming, gaming and cash handling areas using advanced IT systems in accordance with standard operating procedures. Review gaming and cash handling activities to ensure procedures have been complied with and integrity has been maintained. Monitor, detect and report on irregular, suspicious and illegal activities, ensuring appropriate Personnel are informed. The Candidate: Must successfully complete the client's training program, previous casino surveillance experience necessary (3 to 5 years). Ability to read, write and converse in English, able to work shifts, be focussed, aptitude for detail and have excellent maths skills.

Deputy General Manager Our Client: Leading UK casino operator with Global reaching operations, now looking to increase their management base, to help support their increasing business needs. The Role: The role involves effectively supporting and deputising for the General Manager, by getting proactively involved in all areas within the club. Support in this area will include ensuring that budgeted profit performance is achieved and exceeded and all gaming and food and beverage operations demonstrate the highest standards of efficiency, whilst complying with all relevant legislation, regulations, Gambling Commission (LCCP), and Company policies and procedures. The Candidate: Experience in Slot Management essential, must have good knowledge of multiple slot manufacturers and new products.
